Screen Resolution shows you information about your display, like how many monitors you're using, their resolution (obviously :p) and whether or not it is your primary monitor. Over the course of development, it has also become a bit of an imaging program, allowing you to calculate ratios and resolutions for wallpapers, as well as convert images between different file formats.
